Optimum dynamic image picking-up in accordance with characteristics of an object is carried out by setting the optimum image picking-up condition in view of both an image quality effective in diagnosis and an exposed dose. A detector (12) detects an X-ray amount irradiated by an X-ray source (11) and an image picking-up device (10) picks up a dynamic image of an object (M) in accordance with an image picking-up condition so as to acquire a dynamic image from the X-ray amount detected by the detector (12). A control unit (21) carries out an image analysis of a plurality of dynamic images acquired at a pre-picking-up time in accordance with a predetermined image picking-up condition (including a frame rate and an irradiation amount), calculates the picking-up image condition at a regular image picking-up time, and makes the image picking-up device (10) carry out the regular image picking-up in accordance with the calculated image picking-up condition.
