The invention relates to a housing (9), for example for large radial or axial roller bearings, having two axially opposed, circular ring-shaped side washers (1, 1') held at a distance to each other by means of connecting elements (13), having roll-shaped rolling elements (4) disposed between the side washers (1, 1') comprising bolt-like elements (3) on the faces thereof, wherein a side washer (1, 1') on at least one side of the rolling element (4) has radial recesses (2) into which the bolt-like elements (3) protrude, and wherein at least one securing means suitable for holding the bolt-like elements (3) in the area of the radial recesses in the assembled state is provided. According to the invention, it is proposed that shaped elements (6, 6') that can each be introduced at least partially into the radial recesses (2) of the side washer (1, 1') are provided as securing means. This construction achieves easy assembly and disassembly of the housing (9), allowing high flexibility in repairing a roller bearing so equipped. |
