<p>A speech process method for speech processing when a user is calling with a position, the method involves creating a speech meeting place (101); adding the user and the position into the meeting place which connecting the user channel and the position channel (102); and recording the user channel in the meeting place to obtain a channel record file of the user (103). A device and a system for speech processing are also provided, during a user is calling with a position, a speech meeting place is created, then the user and the position are added in this speech meeting place, thus, a user and a position can talk with each other through this speech meeting place during a record is being made for the user channel in this speech meeting place, and it keeps the normal calling service, and avoids hanging-up of the communication between a user and a position during speech processing in the prior art, and improves the service feeling for the user and the service quality of the service supplying merchant corresponding to the position.</p> |
