<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing effect and a light balancing effect, to reduce light leakage, and to be excellent in mass production properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A colloid layer is formed on a transparent substrate, roll extrusion is carried out in relation to the colloid layer with a template having a projected pattern on the surface to form sinking caving in the surface of the colloid layer.
