<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorylated peptide refining apparatus for simply, rapidly and inclusively obtaining phosphorylated peptide having a refining degree, which is analyzed by a mass analyzer, from a sample having a complicated composition, and a phosphorylated peptide refining method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The peptide component contained in a sample solution is held by a reversed-phase pretreatment column 7, the peptide component held by the reversed-phase pretreatment column 7 is eluted to be bonded to a titania pretreatment column 9, the titania pretreatment column 9 is washed using an alcohol or an alcohol-containing solvent to remove a non-phosphorylated peptide component, and the phosphorylated peptide component bonded to the titania pretreatment column 9 is eluted using a phosphate or phosphite containing solution to be refined by a reversed-phase separation column 13.
