<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing and pumping up device, and a sealing and pumping up method, for repairing a pneumatic tire by properly injecting a sealant into the pneumatic tire. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the sealant S is injected, compressed air is supplied to a liquid vessel 18 under sealing pressure P1.
