<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilution device for a fuel cell attenuating noise without deteriorating dilution performance and capable of preventing leakage of hydrogen due to deformation. <P>SOLUTION: For the dilution device 33, a case for forming a detention room 33a where anode offgas Ga is detained is structured of a laminated member made by overlapping and pressing two sheets of metal plates S1, S2.
