<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water splash prevention board-cum-message board, which can be easily attached to the inside of a basin of a sink by an attractive force, so as to solve the problem that clothes or a floor surface are or get wet with water splashes when an apron is not used during kitchen work in the sink. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rubber plate, into which a magnet is mixed and which is fixed to a part of the many sides of the water splash prevention board-cum-message board, is attached to a front position inside the basin by the attractive force in such a manner as to protrude upward with respect to the sink. Only this operation can prevent water from being splashed to the clothes or a floor. In addition, the water splash prevention board can be used as a message board by being attached, for example, to a door of a refrigerator by the attractive force in the nonuse of it because it can be easily attached/detached.
