<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment fixing device having simple and inexpensive construction for producing reliable looseness preventing effects on vibration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device 1 is provided for removably fixing equipment 32 onto a receiving member 31. The device comprises a screw rod 2, a rotary grip 3, a spring 4 existing between the screw rod 2 and the rotary grip 3, and a retainer member 5. The screw rod 2 has a collar portion 6, a screw portion 7, and a torque transmission portion 8. The screw portion 7 is threaded into a supporting member 34. The rotary grip 3 has a ratchet engaging portion 11, and is externally inserted into the torque transmission portion 8 of the screw rod 2 in an axially movable manner. The spring 4 energizes the rotary grip 3 to one end of the screw rod 2. The retainer member 5 is movable up and down relative to the screw rod 2 passing through an oblong hole 20. The retainer member 5 is made to abut on the equipment 32 and the front face of the supporting member 34 to make the collar portion 6 of the screw rod 2 abut on the retainer member 5, and a ratchet engaging portion 22 is made to elastically engage with the ratchet engaging portion 11 to hold the equipment 32.
