PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information device which has a high appeal power to promotion of idling-stop and can change and display an advertisement content based on a predetermined probability; a control method of the on-vehicle information device; and an advertisement information delivery server for attaining the device and method.

SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information terminal 100 comprises a storage device 240 which stores advertisement information to be displayed on a display device 260 of the terminal 100; a vehicle state detection means 110 which detects whether the state of a vehicle 400 mounted with the on-vehicle information terminal 100 is in a predetermined state or not; and an advertisement display means 130 which displays advertisement information on the display device 260 when the predetermined state is detected by the detection means 110.
