<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sensitivity of sensing in a sensing circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A sensing circuit 40 includes: a first substrate 11 and a second substrate 12 opposite to each other; a liquid crystal 57 interposed between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12; a capacitance detection part including a capacitative element Cl having the liquid crystal 57, a first electrode 64 formed at the opposite face side to the second substrate 12 of the first substrate 11 and a second electrode 65 formed at the opposite face side to the first substrate 11 of the second substrate 12 for outputting a detection signal T scaled according to the capacitative value of the capacitative element Cl; and a structure formed as the base point of the orientation of liquid crystal so as to disturb the state of liquid crystal molecules which are likely to be aligned so that a longitudinal axis can be made vertical to the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
