<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a linear method, wherein the power consumption is difficult to be made smaller than 1W at a standby state, conversion efficiency is as bad as about 45%, and a DC voltage of load varies proportionally if a voltage of an AC power supply varies even though a switching power supply circuit is not adopted because of generation of noise and a linear silicon steel transformer is adopted for an electronic apparatus with an integrated radio receiver set, such as, a portable radio, a radio cassette recorder (radio with built-in cassette recoding tape). Ž<P>SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit is operated, by using a voltage of a resonation voltage component of voltage with a waveform similar to that of a sine wave and a voltage of a DC voltage component, so that its generation noises are restricted. According to the present invention, power consumption at standby can be made not larger than 0.3 W by improvement. Conversion efficiency is improved to 80% or higher.
