PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an electric stove improved in work efficiency of management work of components and an assembling process. SOLUTION: This electric stove includes a longitudinally-long heater 2 disposed in a frame body 1 having an opening section 1a on its front face, a curved reflecting plate 3 positioned at a side section and a back section of the heater 2 while opening a front part of the heater 2, and upper/bottom reflecting plates 3a, 3b positioned at an upper section and a lower section of the reflecting plate 3 and reaching the opening section 1a at their front edges, the frame body 1 is stood from a floor surface by a base 4 disposed at a lower section of the frame body 1, and heat ray of the heater 2 is radiated from the front opening section 1a of the frame body 1. A fixing plate 5 to which the heater 2, the reflecting plate 3, and the upper/bottom reflecting plates 3a, 3b are mounted to constitute an integrated heating element unit A is disposed, a pair of locking pieces 6 are disposed on an upper section and a lower section of the fixing plate 5, and locking sections 7 corresponding to the locking pieces 6 of the fixing plate 5 are disposed in the frame body 1.
