FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a system for controlled release of temosolomide that comprises 10 wt.-% of temosolomide and biodegradable polymeric material representing polyanhydride. This polyanhydride is synthesized by condensation of 3,4-bis-(p-carboxyphenoxy)propane with sebacic acid in their ratio = 20:80, respectively. The system for controlled release of temosolomide represents implanted tablets.
