PURPOSE: A bonding method of metal fiber using microwaves, a metal fiber structure manufactured thereby, and a metal fiber gas filter are provided to increase uniformity and yields of quality regardless of size of a product. CONSTITUTION: A bonding method of metal fiber using microwaves includes the following steps of: generating the microwaves in a microwave generator; accumulating energy in metal fiber; and performing a bonding process of the metal fibers. The bonding method of the metal fiber is formed at a temperature of 1050°C~1200°C. The bonding method of the metal fiber is completed in an insulating box.
