SIRNA SEQUENCES TARGETING ENDOGENOUS PRION PROTEIN OF MOUSE NEUROBLASTOMA AND BOVINE SPONGIFORM ENCEPHALOPATHY SPECIFIC CELL CULTURE MODEL

PURPOSE: A BSE(Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy)-specific cell model is provided to use as a basic device for pathogenic mechanism or biomolecular research of diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing BSE(Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy)-specific cell model comprises: a step of cloning bovine prion gene(boPrnp ORF, sequence number 4) into an expression vector of eukaryotic cell; a step of transplanting the vector into nerve cell line through transfection carrier; and a step of inducing siRNA to mouse nerve cell line to suppress the expression of mouse prion protein. The mouse nerve cell line is N2a(mouse neuroblastoma).
