PURPOSE: A car panic booster is provided to reduce the noise which is generated when a ball bearing contacts with a bearing groove and sleeve by forming a rounded step on a surface of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A car panic booster comprises a housing and a power piston(100). The housing is partitioned into a forward chamber and a backward chamber by a divider. The forward chamber is divided into a vacuum chamber and an ambient chamber by a diaphragm. In the initial state of the vacuum chamber and ambient chamber, the equilibrium state of vacuum is maintained. The air flows into the ambient chamber if the panic booster operates. The power piston part generates a response pressure to a force applied to a brake pedal from a driver through a master cylinder connected to the panic booster. The power piston part transfers the boost pressure formed between the vacuum chamber and ambient chamber. The power piston part comprises a ball bearing(150), a power piston(110), an air valve(120), a plunger(130) and a sleeve(140).
