The device has a metal frame (1) bored with holes to receive axles (2, 15) for maintaining connecting rods (4, 5). Axles (6, 14) are fixed to a lifting ramp (8) and a ramp tail (11), respectively. The ramp tail slides on a metal rod (12) equipped with its front end, and a spring (13) connects the connecting rod (5) with the front of the frame. An adjusting screw (16) is supported on a sectioned finger (17) for facilitating adjustments. A spiral spring or elastomer block (18) is provided on which an edge of the finger is rested for attenuating vibrations.
