<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging tray for frozen food, and a frozen food packaging body by which the excessive adsorption or absorption of moisture to the skin or coating of a frozen food during the manufacture, the distribution and the storage can be reduced or prevented, and the food having a favorable taste after being heated by a microwave oven can be provided. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging tray 11 for frozen food houses the frozen food 12, and at least a part of which coming into contact with the frozen food has a water absorbing capacity of 20 to 500 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
