<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surge protector, which has effects without grounding and with which potential difference due to a surge is not generated in each line. SOLUTION: The surge protector 1 has the first set point 11, the second set point 12 and a ferrite core 13. The first set point 11 is positioned on a power line 3 and the signal source 4a and 4b sides, and connected to power lines 32 and 33 via capacitors 152 and 153 and surge absorbers 142 and 143. The second set point 12 is positioned on the side 2 to be protected and connected to the power lines 32 and 33 via capacitors 162 and 163. The ferrite core 13 is positioned between the first set point 11 and the second set point 12 and is mounted on the power line 3 and signal sources 4a and 4b. Since the common ferrite core 13 is secured in such a surge protector, a surge current is difficult to flow through the side 2 which is object of protection, and reaching to the side 2 to be protected is enabled, even if a surge is generated.</p> |
