FULLY SYMMETRIC TRANSFORMER, BALUN AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fully symmetric transformer, a balun, and an integrated circuit including the same are provided to obtain high inductance by forming a primary coil and a secondary coil with a spiral structure. CONSTITUTION: A primary coil assembly includes primary coils(110,150) and a first interlayer connection part. The primary coils are formed in a plurality of metal layers. The first interlayer connection part connects the primary coils. Each primary coil has one turn or more. A secondary coil assembly includes secondary coils(130,170) and a second interlayer connection unit. The secondary coils are formed in the metal layers respectively. The second interlay connection unit connects the secondary coils. Each secondary coil has one turn or more. The primary coil is linearly symmetrical with the secondary coil based on a diameter line on the same metal layer.
