<p>It is intended to provide a serum preparation method and a serum preparation apparatus with which a large amount of serum capable of exhibiting a high culture efficiency regardless of freshness of blood to be used can be obtained at once. In a serum preparation method in which serum is prepared from blood containing at least platelets, a platelet treatment step in which a treatment of disrupting the cell membrane of the platelets in the blood is performed is provided. It is preferred that after the platelet treatment step, a deposition step in which a heat-labile protein in the blood is deposited and a removal step in which the heat-labile protein deposited by this deposition step is removed are provided.</p> |
