PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device that allows flow rates of fluid passing through an opening part to be further equal.SOLUTION: A nozzle device according to one embodiment comprises a first opening part, a plurality of second opening parts and a first pipeline part. The first pipeline part has at least one first branch part having a first part extending in a first direction and a plurality of second parts which are connected to one end of the first part and extend respectively in a direction crossing the first direction, connects the first opening part to the plurality of second opening parts and is branched by the first branch part at least once in routes from the first opening part toward the second opening parts. Lengths of the routes and the number of the first branch parts between the first opening part and the respective second opening parts are respectively equal. A cross section area of the one end part of the first part is narrower than a cross section area of the other end part of the first part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
