PURPOSE: A method for producing organic fertilizer using fermented food garbage is provided to inhibit the generation of ammonia and hydrogen sulphide when food garbage is fermented. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing organic fertilizer using fermented food garbage comprises: a first step of inoculating useful microorganisms to food garbage to inhibit the decay and maintain freshness of the food garbage; a second step of blocking compressed organic materials dehydrated from the food garbage and making organic fertilizer; and a third step of collecting waste water generated from all of the steps. |
