A method for hemostasis in hemorrhoid bleeding provides for the insertion of the swab into lower ampullar division of rectum. The balloon prepared from the surgical glove is placed into the broad sterile bandages lubricated abundantly in Levomycol ointment and installed into lower ampullar division of rectum with the aid of the speculum under the visual control. The balloon is filled with the cold physiological saline (2-3 °C). To the external end of the balloon, the bandage is tied up with the fixed 400-mL bottle filled with tap water. The balloon is transferred from lower ampullar division of rectum to the anal canal and is pulled. In 6-8 hours, the balloon is extracted, and the swab with Levomycol ointment is put in. |
