A mobile communication unit (6) is passed through a peripheral hemispheric surface (5) of the lens and driven in rotation around the lens. The support unit has a maintaining unit for maintaining the lens, while allowing free rotation of the lens. The maintaining unit surrounds a base (4) of the lens, such that radial and transversal displacements of the maintaining unit are blocked.
