<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor manufacturing method in which a capacitor having a high conductivity and small leak current can be manufactured with a high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the capacitor 10 includes: an electrolytic oxidation process for electrolytically oxidizing a surface of an anode 11 composed of a valve metal and forming a dielectric layer 12; a cathode arrangement process for arranging a cathode 13 composed of a conductor, opposed to the anode on the surface of the dielectric layer 12; a solid electrolyte forming process for forming a solid electrolytic layer 14 using a conductive high polymer solution containingπconjugated system conductive high polymer and polyanions between the dielectric layer 12 and the cathode 13; and an applying process for applying DC current between the anode 11 and the cathode 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
