PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration control device of an improved structure, can provide the excellent vibration control effect to vibration of a wide frequency area by stable switching operation, and can avoid damaging of an actuator by the action of a load when inputting an impactive large load. SOLUTION: This fluid-sealed vibration control device 10 is provided for switching a fluid flow passage 74 to a communicating state and a cutoff state, by operating a movable valve element 128 by transmitting rotational driving force of an electric motor 92 as reciprocating driving force to the movable valve element 128 via a motion converting mechanism composed of a cam mechanism or a screw mechanism. A short-circuit passage 138 is formed for mutually communicating a pressure receiving chamber 68 and a balance chamber 70 by fluid flowing resistance smaller than the fluid flow passage 74. A relief valve 140 is arranged for holding the short-circuit passage 138 in the cutoff state and switching the short-circuit passage 138 to the communicating state in response to positive pressure exerted on the pressure receiving chamber 68.
