<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve integrating a detecting means 14 for detecting the storing state of game media in a spare tank 13 with a relay substrate 35, promoting streamlining the installing process of the detecting means 14, and preventing a harness from being tangled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A main tank 11 for storing game media injected from an injection slot 27, a pay out means 12 for paying out a specified number of the game media inside the main tank 11 at a time according to the win, a spare tank 13 for storing the game media that overflowed from the main tank 11 in the case where the main tank 11 is filled with the game media, a relay substrate 35 that relays each of the electric means, and a detecting means 14 for detecting the storing state of the game media inside the spare tank 13 are provided inside a case body 2 and the detecting means 14 is installed on the relay substrate 35.
