<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor driving tool and an anchor driving unit which can perform anchor driving operation with a simple, small, and lightweight structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anchor driving unit is provided with the anchor driving tool 10 and a tool connecting member 20 for connecting the tool 10 to a tool driver. The tool 10 integrally has a supported portion 14 detachably supported by the tool connecting member 20, a drill portion 12 extending from the supported portion 14 to one side in the axial direction, and a hammer portion 16 extending to the other side. The supported portion 14 is supported by the tool connecting member 20 in either of a first position where the drill portion 12 faces the tip end side and a second position where the hammer portion 16 faces the tip end side.
