<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transducer which facilitates attachment of electrodes and formation of contacts of the electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to an ultrasonic transducer having a piezoelectric element with two electrodes, two electrodes are in electrical contact with a related electrical terminal of the ultrasonic transducer in any of the cases, and at least one electrode is formed by a conductive film and is applied extensively to the piezoelectric element; and the conductive film which forms a related connection path for forming a connection with the electrodes and the electrical terminal is formed as a single piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
