PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an inner pot having heating elements in the bottom and a curved part of the inner pot of an electromagnetic induction heating electric rice cooker, wherein it is difficult to set (transcribe or screen-print) a wide curved part heating element in the inner pot curved part if the angle of inclination of the outer surface is large. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic induction heating electric rice cooker, the curved part is disposed between the bottom and a side surrounding part, and the inner pot having the heating elements disposed in the bottom and in the curved part respectively is used. The range of the bottom 31 of the inner pot is approximately 1/2 of the outer diameter of the side surrounding part 33 of the inner pot. The curved part 32 of the inner pot is formed approximately in a circular shape in the range of a horizontal distance part from the outer end of the bottom 31 to the side surrounding part 33 of the inner pot and a part of approximately the same height as the horizontal distance, so that the angle of inclination of the curved part 32 can be made small (gentle), and therefore, the wide curved part heating element 36 can be easily set in the curved part 32 of the inner pot.
