发明名称 SOIL IMPROVING METHOD USING MICROORGANISM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improving method which realizes low construction cost and maintenance cost, which can be applied to a site before construction and an underground substrate of an existing building, and which can improve resistance to liquefaction of the ground by a method for easy removal. SOLUTION: Nourishment necessary for metabolism of a microorganism which exists in the ground is supplied to the ground, and the metabolism of the microorganism is promoted. Then the resistance to liquefaction of the ground is improved by the metabolite of the microorganism. The nourishment can also be supplied to the ground with the microorganism. The microorganism used for the soil improving method varies with metabolism reactions, but it improves resistance to liquefaction mainly because of a drop in the degree of water saturation of the ground (the formation of nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas by the microorganism) and an increase in viscosity (the formation of biopolymer).
