PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer mirror device for a vehicle capable of preventing or restraining interference with a body outer panel. SOLUTION: It is possible to prevent or restrain interference with a stay cover 30 and a door outer panel 12 even when a position of the stay cover 30 against the door outer panel 12 disperses in the assembling direction (arrow A direction) as a stay 22 is inserted through a through-hole 12A formed on the door outer panel 12 and mounted on a mounting panel part 14A on the body side and the stay cover 30 to cover the stay 22 is fixed on the stay 22 and inserted through the through-hole 12A integrally with the stay 22.
