Method and apparatus for authorisation of modules of a mobile radio device

The method involves providing a mobile radio unit (10) with a subscriber identification module (SIM)/universal subscriber identification module (USIM) card and with modules e.g. near field communication (NFC) device, NFC interface and an NFC safety unit (SE). The information identifying a service provider is read from the card and is compared with reference information on consistency, where the reference information is provided in the mobile radio unit. The modules are activated during consistency of the information. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mobile radio unit (2) a computer program product with a program code unit for execution of a method of testing an authorization for usage of modules of a mobile radio unit.
