<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete repair layer structure which does not inhibit hydration of a cement component of mortar or polymer-mixed mortar, and which does not cause the delamination of a mortar composition in a reinforcing net material portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The existing concrete repair layer structure comprises: an adhesive layer for a placing joint, which is applied onto an existing concrete surface; a mortar or polymer-mixed mortar layer as an undercoat applied in the state of contact with the adhesive layer for the placing joint; the reinforcing net material which is stuck on the mortar or polymer-mixed mortar layer; a mortar interlaminar bonding composition layer which is applied to the reinforcing net material, and the mortar or polymer-mixed mortar layer as the undercoat; and the mortar or polymer-mixed mortar layer which is applied in the state of contact with the mortar interlaminar bonding composition layer. In the concrete repair layer structure, a mortar interlaminar bonding composition consists of an epoxy resin, a water-dispersible polyamine-epoxy adduct, hydraulic cement and a polyolefin resin-based pulp-like material.
