<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transport device with the reliability enhanced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fluid transport device 10 is provided with a casing part 13 where a first pressure chamber 11, in which a flow-in hole 15a is formed and a second pressure chamber 12, communicating with the first pressure chamber 11 and aligned with the first pressure chamber 11, in which a flow-out hole 12a is formed, are formed and a diaphragm part 14 for separating the first pressure chamber 11 and the second pressure chamber 12 and for repeated bendings by displace elements. The diaphragm part 14 is provided in the casing part 13 so that the second pressure chamber 12 comes into contract, when the first pressure chamber 11 expands, as the diaphragm part 14 bends.
