PURPOSE: A microwave and a continuous screw dryer are provided to generate the heat to sludge with the microwave irradiated from a magnetron, and to dehydrate the sludge with a cooling fin. CONSTITUTION: A microwave dryer includes a casing(10), a screw(20), a magnetron(30), a shield(40), an outlet(60), an input molder(70), and a glass window(80). The casing includes a sludge input(1) and an outlet(2). The screw moves the sludge in the casing. The magnetron is arranged to a zigzag shape on the top of the casing. The shield is formed between a waveguide(31) and the casing. The cooling fin is equipped on the bottom of the casing. |
