A method for manufacturing milled and seasoned laver, and rice roll using the same are provided to improve the mixing property with cooked rice owing to its reduced particle size, and to improve the taste and nutritional value of the resulted laver and rice roll using the same conveniently, by adding minced vegetables, thereby eliminating the need for separate seasoning of rice. The method for manufacturing milled and seasoned laver comprises: (a) milling dried laver to the particle size of 2-10mm; (b) adding thereto 80-120cc of oil selected from soybean oil, corn oil or mixture thereof, 35cc-80cc of sesame oil, 8-17g of sugar, 18-30g of salt, 10-30g of sesame, and optionally 10-20g of minced vegetable or meat, based on 100g of the dried laver; and (c) roasting the mixture. |
