<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate sensitive membrane material to be a raw material used for producing a nonaqueous biosensor of a simple constitution, which can speedily, highly sensitively, and highly accurately detects a substrate in a solvent which reacts with a biofunctional material holding a redox function and specifying various factors such as activities and reaction rates on the progress of the reaction, and is excellent in reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate sensitive membrane material contains both a high molecular compound containing an ester-group-containing poly (meth) acrylamide ester-linked by carboxyl-group-containing poly (meth) acrylamide and/or at least part of the carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group of cyclodextrin and a biofunctional material for oxidizing and reducing a substrate by redox reaction. A nonaqueous redox biosensor 1 has both a working electrode 17 coated with a substrate sensitive membrane in membrane form formed on the electrode substrate of a nonaqueous redox reaction field forming material containing the substrate sensitive membrane material and a reference electrode 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
