The present invention relates to an antenna technology of a portable terminal, and more specifically to a structure for an antenna having a metal case having optimized antenna performance and a realization method thereof by solving problems of antennae under existing technologies. A structure of an antenna device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a slot antenna implemented on a metal case surface of a portable terminal; a transmission line in a shape of closed waveguide integrated with the slot antenna; and a pattern structure in a shape of printed circuit board connected to the transmission line in a shape of closed waveguide. A structure according to the present invention is capable of providing an antenna adequately performing its role without deterioration of a portable terminal, reducing process time and costs to manufacture an antenna device and solving an electromagnetic interference problem of an antenna. |
