The present invention relates to a permanent mold capable of performing a role of an upper reinforcing member of an opening type steel girder and a role of a mold on slab concrete at the same time. According to the present invention, a bridge comprises: the steel girder (200) with an opening unit in the upper part; the permanent mold (100) installed to cover the opening unit of the steel girder (200); and a slab (300) formed of in-site concrete placed on the permanent mold (100). According to the present invention, as a support formed in the upper part of the opening type steel girder and a support member formed in the permanent mold are connected in the permanent mold, the permanent mold can improve safety on buckling and distortion rigidity of the opening type steel girder and can enable a worker to rapidly and stably conduct a construction of an opening type steel bridge using placed slab concrete as the mold.
