PURPOSE: A method for generating a clock, an identifier allowing method, and a data receipt method are provided to receive information of a specific device by assigning state value delivery command information to a part of a communication protocol. CONSTITUTION: A controller assigns communication clock generation command information to a communication protocol. The controller outputs a communication data(S110). A device which receives the communication data from the controller receives communication clock generation command information. The device counts the number of clocks generated from a clock generator(S120). The device divides the counted clock number into a fixed value(S130). The device generates a communication clock by using a calculated result value(S140).
