PURPOSE: A stamping foil is provided to design a coloring layer with high abrasion resistance, the high heat resistance, and the cutting property by coating a release layer on the plane uniformly. CONSTITUTION: A release layer, a coloring layer, a deposition layer, and an adhesion layer are successively coated on a base film. The release layer includes the acryl resin, the cellulose based resin or the mixture thereof, and the one of the montan OP wax, the polyolefin wax, and the carnauba wax. The dry coating quantity of the acryl resin, the cellulose based resin or the mixture thereof is 0.005 to 0.2g/m^2. The coating quantity of the wax is 0.003 to 0.015 g/m^2. The Tg of the acryl resin is 70 to 110 degrees centigrade. The cellulose-based resin is one of nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, cellulose refractory anemia with excess blasts tape propionate, and the cellulose acetate butyrate.
