PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic tablet packer with a sliding rack which is capable of continuously packing tablets received in a plurality of tablet cassettes by the dose as prescribed. SOLUTION: The sliding rack is composed of a left side parting wall 53 and a right side parting wall 54 disposed as a pair, forming a tablet discharge passage 51 for guiding the tables discharged from the tablet cassette C inside the left side parting wall 53 and the right side parting wall 54. On the outer side of the left side parting wall 53 and the right side parting wall 54, the tablet cassette C is detachably attached to a cassette receptacle, and the left side parting wall 53 and the right side parting wall 54 are separately drawable from a body of the automatic tablet packer. By drawing the left side parting wall 53 or the right side parting wall 54, the tablet discharge passage 51 inside the left side parting wall 53 or the right side parting wall 54 is exposed outward, thereby the rack can be easily cleaned.
