PURPOSE: An ornament manufacturing method for a wall-mounted clock is provided to obtain decoration effect like jewel by attaching glass particles printed with color ink to the rim and the time-indicating face of the clock. CONSTITUTION: Silk screen printing is performed on the surface of pyrex glass. A part of the printed pyrex glass is crushed, and the other is cut. A phlegmatic adhesive is applied on the rim of the clock. Lots of the pyrex glass particles are adhered to the adhesive surface. The phlegmatic adhesive is cured to secure the pyrex glass particles. The surface of the cured adhesive is evenly arranged, and the stained adhesive on the pyrex glass particles is removed. |
