PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and trouble for setting driver setting information when a user installs a printer driver. SOLUTION: In a printing system, a first image processor including an installer 1015 for installing a driver to drive an image forming apparatus and a second image processor with the driver incorporated therein are connected with each other via a network, the installer 1015 provided in the first image processor includes a driver setting information acquisition unit 110 outputting a transmission request for the driver setting information to the second image processor; and an installer unit 112 installing the driver on the basis of the driver setting information obtained by the setting information acquisition unit 110, and the second image processor includes a first transmission unit generating to transmit response information; and a second transmission unit generating and transmitting the driver setting information.
