PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience that a user needs to frequently watch a road guiding screen on a dark road when navigation from a present position to a destination is performed. SOLUTION: A route direction from a present position to a destination is computed by using a GPS function of a mobile phone 1. A lighting state of a light emitting section 6 is differentiated depending on coincidence or incoincidence between an orientation of the mobile phone 1 by an electronic compass and an adequate advancing direction in accordance with the route direction.
