PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce a win according to the time till the start of rotation of a rotary reel, and to enhance a player's technical participation in the play by complicating the announcement mode. SOLUTION: The game machine has a stopped symbol storing means 121 for storing stopped symbols located in a symbol display window 13 for each rotary reel 40 when the rotation of all the rotary reels 40 is stopped. If a prescribed winning combination is won as the result of a winning determination lottery and if a symbol constituting the won winning combination is included in the symbols stored in the stopped symbol storing means 121, the timing to output a starting signal for at least one of a plurality of drive motors can be changed.
