<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new health food having esthetic effect, effective on improvement in skin type, hair type, nail calcification or nail luster. <P>SOLUTION: The health food having esthetic effect contains Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, L-cysteine and vitamin C. The esthetic effect includes improvement in skin type, improvement in hair type, or improvement in nail calcification or luster.
